BRZ + Supercharger is my vote for other

Are we talking GT or Ecoboost for the Mustang?

Other.

Less expensive, faster, and the exact same reliability rating as Ford. That’s my vote for “other”.

Other. The Mustang isn’t really my sort of thing, and while I am very fond of hot hatches - they’re possibly my favourite variety of car - there are only a couple of generations of Golf GTI that I like.
Instead, I’ll take an RS Megane 265 thank you and goodbye:

Other. I prefer rivals in both their classes.
Muscle: Charger
Hot Hatch: Seat Leon Cupra 280 ST

10/10 will take into consideration.

If the Leon Cupra was available in this country, I’d have one right now.

I will take that as the GT. I vote Mustang

Can I get a Mustang powered hot hatch?

We do. Teehee!

Miata
But seriously, these don’t compete. I guess in the fun department the V8 noise and RWD hooniganisms would beat the GTI. But obviously, the Golf is a much more livable machine. I would step it up to a Golf R.

Minus the ‘Faster’ bit

Assuming Mustang GT, I’ll take a Focus RS instead. =)

I chose a FWD VW instead of a RWD mustang.
I think it was a mistake. Don't be me.
Get RWD

Manual ecoboost is 5.5 0-60, manual R-Spec is 5.2 0-60. The 5.0 Mustang is so far removed from the Genesis coupe price wise that it’s realistically in another category. The Ecoboost with performance pack and Recaro seats is about as close of a comparision to the R-Spec Genesis Coupe as you are going to get. And it’s $4000 more (Canadian Market).

Not really into a five year old Cadillac with automatic transmission and a tired looking interior for 35k.

Already own a Miata.
Mustang cause Right Wheel Drive and V8

But 556 HP, comfort, and looks that are way better than either of those two. Y u no

Out of those two? GTI every time.

Man, folks love shitting on this car even though it’s objectively a much better value, but whatever
![]() 05/10/2015 at 21:14 |

Agreed. I just bought one in February over the mustang. Can’t justify the cost to performance ratio of the mustang.
So far the coupe has been a blast!

Either a Pontiac G8 GXP
Or Chevy SS with manual and MagRide
I prefer fast, sexy Aussies.
